What is the difference between one, two, and three stage correction?
It is how many machine passes the paint gets, and how deep the defects go. Copper Coat is one stage: a single polish over every panel that clears light swirls and brings the gloss back. Desert Diamond is two stages: a compound pass to cut the defect, then a polish pass to refine it, which takes out most swirls, wash marring, and water spot etching. Sonoran Shield is three stages: heavy compounding, refining, then finishing, for neglected or heavily swirled paint and deeper scratches. More stages means more of the defect removed and more hours on the car.
Which bundle does my car need?
Text us photos of your paint taken in direct sunlight at (623) 297-9793. Sun is the only light that shows swirls honestly, and from those photos we can tell you which stage your paint actually needs. If your paint is already in good shape we will say so and put you in the cheaper bundle.
Do I really need paint correction before a ceramic coating?
A ceramic coating is clear. It does not hide a defect, it seals it under a hard layer meant to last years, so any swirl you coat over is locked in until the coating is stripped off. That is why we correct and coat in the same visit and quote both as one number. If your paint is already clean, we will tell you to skip the correction and save the money.
How long does the ceramic coating last?
We use GYEON Q² PURE EVO, which is manufacturer-rated at 3+ years. It holds pH 2 to 11 chemical resistance, resists UV and oxidation, and is genuinely self-cleaning in the rain. We name the product because the coating is most of what you are paying for, and a shop that will not tell you what is going on your paint is telling you something.
How long does a bundle take, and do you come to me?
Every bundle is done in one day, and it is completely mobile. Your car never leaves your driveway. We coat it in your own garage, out of the sun and dust, which is where a coating should cure anyway. We bring all our own water, power, and product.
When do I pay?
After the work is done and you are happy with it. We do not take payment up front, there is no deposit to chase, and we do not invoice before the job. You look at the car in your own driveway and pay when you are satisfied.
Is the price final, or does it change once you see the car?
The final number is confirmed in writing after we see your paint, before we touch the car. Once it is agreed, that is the price. Nothing gets added partway through the job.
Do members get a discount on bundles?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to buy one. Complete Care members take 5% off, Elite members 10%, and Luxury members 15% off every other service we offer, bundles included. An Elite member books Sonoran Shield for $1,619 instead of $1,799. If you are getting the car coated anyway, starting a membership in the same conversation usually pays for itself immediately.
