How the appointment actually goes
We arrive with water, power, and every product on board. You don't need to run a hose, supply an outlet, or be home — plenty of our clients leave the car accessible and go to work. We set up, work through the vehicle, and text you when it's finished.
Booking three to five days out is a good window, especially for weekends. Everything happens at your address anywhere we serve across the Greater Phoenix area.
When a package isn't what you need
If the paint has visible swirls or has gone dull, a detail package will clean it but won't fix it — that's paint correction and ceramic coating. If the vehicle is already in good condition and you want to keep it there, a monthly maintenance plan costs less than booking repeat one-off details. Tell us the condition it is in and we will point you to the right one.
Common questions
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Three things: Premium goes deeper inside with leather conditioning and seat belt steaming, it adds clay bar and iron decontamination to the paint prep, and it replaces the 4 to 5 month sealant with a 12-month GYEON Q² CanCoat EVO ceramic coating plus rim sealant and trim restoration.
How long does each package take?
A Standard detail runs about 3 hours for a sedan and 3.5 for a truck or SUV. Premium runs about 4.5 hours for a sedan and 5 for a truck or SUV. The extra time is the decontamination, the steam work, and the coating that goes on at the end.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. We bring everything, including water, power, and all product. You do not need to supply anything or run a hose out for us.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
No. As long as we can access the vehicle you are good to go. Plenty of our customers are at work or inside the house the whole time.
