Truck & SUV Detailing in Anthem, AZ
Your truck gets the same care as everything else we touch, from the roof down to the running boards. We bring the whole setup to your driveway anywhere in Anthem.
What a truck costs here, and why
A Standard Detail on a sedan is $219. On a truck or SUV it is $269. A Premium Detail is $429 on a sedan and $499 on a truck or SUV. The difference is about another half hour of work, more product, and a vehicle you cannot reach across.
You get the number before we book and it stays the same. If we arrive and find something that really changes the job, like a bed full of job site dust or pet hair worked into the back seat, we give you the new number before we start so the choice is yours.
The roof gets the same attention as the hood
On a tall truck or SUV the roof sits above eye level, so it is easy to forget. It also takes more sun than any other panel, which makes it the first place the clear coat starts to go dull. We do the roof properly every time, including the rails and the back edge of the cab where runoff collects.
The same goes for the places a quick wash never reaches on a big vehicle. Bed rails and the inside of the bed. Tailgate seams and the rear bumper. Running boards, which in Anthem are permanently coated in that fine tan dust. Wheel wells on something with real tire width. Third row seats and the cargo area, which on a family SUV is usually the dirtiest part of the whole vehicle.
Anthem is hard on trucks specifically
Most of the trucks we detail here live on dirt at least part of the time. We are regularly parked outside homes in the Country Club villages, around Anthem Community Park on weekends, and in the lots by the Outlets at Anthem. Desert Hills and New River are acre lots and unpaved driveways, so a truck out there picks up far more dust than one that only sees pavement in Parkside or Tramonto. Desert dust is harder than your clear coat, so wiping a dusty truck down dry works like fine sandpaper.
Then there is the I-17 commute. Brake dust and road film build up on the front end and the lower panels, and the bugs that come with monsoon season bake on fast at these temperatures. Add a boat or a toy hauler coming back up from Lake Pleasant and you have a tow rig that needs the hitch area and the lower rear panels dealt with, not just a wash.
If your truck is kept outside, which most are because they do not fit in an Anthem garage alongside everything else, the roof and hood take year round sun with nothing over them. That is the case where we will usually tell you the 12 month ceramic protection in the Premium Detail is worth more than the extra interior work.
A word about bed liners
We will get a sprayed bed liner genuinely clean, and we will be straight with you about how it is going to look. A liner that has hauled gravel for a few years will still show it, and we would rather say that up front than have you expect new.

Truck & SUV Detailing Questions from Anthem Customers
How much is truck detailing in Anthem?
In Anthem a Standard Detail on a truck or SUV is $269 and a Premium Detail is $499. A straight exterior hand wash is $110. Correction and ceramic coating bundles start at $949. There is no travel charge anywhere in Anthem, and you get the number before we book.
Why does a truck cost more than a car?
More surface area, more product and more time. A Standard runs about three hours on a sedan and three and a half on a truck or SUV, mostly because of the roof, the bed and the extra room inside. It is a $50 difference and you know it before you book.
Do you detail lifted trucks, and do you do the roof?
Yes to both. The roof gets the same treatment as every other panel, including the rails and the rear edge of the cab. Lifted trucks are common around Anthem and New River, so height is not a problem for us, and it does not change the price.
My truck lives on a dirt road in Desert Hills. Is that a problem?
Not at all, it is most of what we do. It does mean more time on decontamination, because desert dust tends to get ground into the paint rather than sit on top of it. If the truck stays on dirt, protection matters more than it would for a truck parked on pavement inside Anthem, and we will say so.
Can you clean the bed and the tow hitch area?
Yes. Bed, bed rails, tailgate seams and the hitch area are all part of the work on a truck. We will get a sprayed bed liner genuinely clean and we will be straight about how an older one will look. Plenty of our Anthem customers tow, so tell us and we will spend the time at the back of the vehicle where it is needed.
Third row and cargo area on an SUV, are those included?
Included. On a family SUV the cargo area and the third row are usually the dirtiest part of the vehicle, so they are part of the job rather than an add on. Pet hair worked into the fabric or ground in sand takes hours a normal interior does not, so that carries an additional charge. We give you that number when we arrive, before we start.
Standard or Premium for a truck that sits outside?
Premium, usually. The difference that matters is protection. Standard includes one month, Premium includes 12 months of ceramic protection, which on its own is a $180 upgrade. A truck parked outside in Anthem takes year round sun on the roof and hood with nothing over it, so that year of protection is doing real work.
