Ceramic Coating in Phoenix & Scottsdale

There are few climates where a ceramic coating earns its cost faster than this one. Roughly 300 days of sun a year burns through clear coat's UV defenses, and every monsoon leaves abrasive silica dust on your paint. A coating is what stands between the two.

What we install

A coating isn't a wax. Wax sits on the surface and, in 115° heat, softens and sheds within weeks. A coating cures into a hard layer that chemically bonds to the clear coat and stays there through the summer. We wrote the full comparison in ceramic coating vs. wax in Arizona heat.

Correction first, or coat it as it is

That's why we recommend paint correction first, and why our bundles quote the two together as one number. Correction levels the paint so it reflects cleanly again; the coating is what keeps it that way. Done in the same visit, in that order, you get the best version of your car's finish and it stays that way for years.

That said, it's your car and your call. If you'd rather protect the paint as it is today, we'll install the coating on its own and do it properly — full decontamination, panel prep, and the same GYEON system. Plenty of vehicles are good candidates for it: newer cars with genuinely clean paint, leases, work trucks where a flawless finish isn't the point, or an owner who wants protection on now and will correct down the road.

The one thing worth knowing before you decide: correcting later means removing the coating first, so it costs more to do it in two visits than one. We'll show you the paint in direct light, tell you plainly what correction would and wouldn't change, and then quote whichever route you choose without pushing.

And if your paint is already clean, we'll say so. Not every car needs correction before a coating. We look at the actual panels first, and if yours only needs decontamination and a coat, that's what we quote and you keep the difference.

What a coating will not do

• It is not scratch-proof. It resists light marring far better than bare clear coat. It will not survive a brush tunnel wash or a dry wipe.
• It does not fix existing damage. Correction comes first, always.
• It is not maintenance-free. A coated car still needs washing correctly — it just makes that far easier and more forgiving.

We would rather set that expectation now than have you discover it in six months. Any installer claiming a coating makes paint impervious is overselling it.
